READ BEFORE REGISTERING FOR ANY OF OUR COURSES.

Understanding and agreeing to these policies is mandatory for attending or engaging in any of our courses. Please make sure you read our policies and let us know if you have any questions.

The information presented in trainings, courses, workshops and webinars is for educational and informational purposes only. The Pegasus Academy, LLC does not guarantee any results or outcomes from attending trainings or webinars. 

Registration in trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered by The Pegasus Academy are on a first-come, first-served basis. If a participant leaves trainings, courses, workshops and webinars early or attends late, they will not be refunded for registration costs. 

Refunds for Live Events: 

Individual registrations only 

• Refunds will only be issued up to 7 days prior to live events. 
• For refund requests after event date, participant will only be issued a refund with approved documentation depicting emergency reasoning for not engaging in initial registered event (i.e. medical documentation, etc). The participant agrees to provide any requested documentation depicting emergency reasoning requested by the Company prior to approval of a refund and understands providing documentation does not guarantee a refund. The participant agrees that the Company's decision on whether to permit a refund is in the Company's full discretion and agrees to whatever outcome the Company decides. 
• All refund requests must be made within the past 60 days of payment submission to be considered. If participant is able to provide documentation and refund request was made within the past 60 days of payment submission, a full refund will be offered. If payment submission was more than 60 days from refund request or if the participant is unable to provide approved documentation for not engaging in initial registered training, participants agree and understand no refund will be issued.  

Group or custom registrations

• Custom or group presentations are not available for refund but may be rescheduled, if needed, with a minimum of 72 hours notice. 

Refunds for online non-live courses (i.e. computer-based trainings): 

• Refunds will not be issued for computer-based trainings. 
• Participant is solely responsible for completing course within permitted time frame and for completing course in it's entirety.  

FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION

For trainings, courses, workshops and webinars where CE credit is offered, full attendance and participation is required for CE Credit. No partial credit will be awarded. 

The Pegasus Academy, LLC is approved to provide continuing education to LCSW’s, LMFT’s, and LMHC’s by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (Provider #: 50-28404, expires March 31, 2025). 

Professionals from other states or licensing boards are responsible for verifying with their state’s licensing board for continuing education rules, regulations, and approval prior to registering. The Pegasus Academy, LLC is not responsible for hours not accepted by other Florida boards or other state boards. 

For live events: Florida Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists who qualify for CE Credit, credit will be input into CEBroker within 30 days of completion. Participants are permitted to upload the credit to CEBroker on their own if they have qualified for credit.   

For online non-live courses (i.e. computer-based trainings): Florida Mental Health Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists who qualify for CE credit are responsible for submitting earned CEs to the approved Florida reporting system (CEBroker). All the information needed to locate course will be found on completion certificate. 

FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

CE credit is NOT offered for professional development presentations.

By enrolling in any of the trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered, you are NOT engaging in a therapeutic relationship and you are NOT engaging in professional consultation or qualified supervision. 

If you need therapy, you need to engage the services of a mental health professional. Although Victoria Siegel is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional counselor, in providing the services offered here she is not offering therapy, nor is she responsible for any mental health issues you might have. 

If you need professional consultation or qualified supervision, you need to engage in those services with a qualified professional outside out the trainings, courses, workshops and webinars offered here. Although Victoria Siegel is a qualified supervisor in the state of FL, in providing the services offered here, she is not offering qualified supervision or professional consultation, nor is she responsible for any supervision/consultation issues you might have. 

There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned on The Pegasus Academy, LLC for people with pre-existing mental health conditions. Because these risks exist, you will not participate in such activities if you have a pre-existing mental health condition that may result in undue emotional risk. If you choose to participate, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such activities.
